1. What we collect
When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and password (hashed). When you use the app, we collect your match results, club memberships, and activity within ShuttleRank.
2. How we use it
We use your data to run the service: showing your stats, calculating rankings, sending notifications you've opted in to, and processing payments. We never sell your data.
3. Who we share it with
Match data and stats are visible to other members of clubs you join (that's the point of the app). We use Supabase for hosting — a GDPR-compliant processor. We don't share your data with anyone else.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We don't use advertising cookies.
5. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time from your settings. Deleted accounts have their personal info removed; match history is anonymised but retained to preserve club leaderboards.
6. Data retention
We keep your data as long as your account is active. Free-tier match history is retained for 30 days; paid tiers retain history indefinitely. Deleted accounts are purged within 30 days.
7. International transfers
Your data is stored on servers in the UK and EU. We do not transfer data outside the UK/EU/EEA.
8. Children's privacy
ShuttleRank is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

We'll notify you of significant changes via email.
